Nope, no mines. They can be abused as hell.
I made some on my server, basically giving a mine 5min life and nova damage, making it immobile. Look what happened.

Mines should affect the caps, not the smaller crafts, but I think such coding is too deep. AND NO. Those mines should fly toward the target, just being static until destroyed.
