As far as I know, BA will be a trading comodity,and RA will be a base supply commidity. So both will be in the game.

It would be truly good if the base rollback and character rollback would NOT be on the same day, because of the aforementioned problem.

As far as I know, Bass Hunters are gone, or at least the cheating possibility is eliminated.

Meh no idea then, maybe they will somehow convert BA in the PoBs to RA or something like giving a heads up before the rollback with a big period between the anouncement and the rollback.
