And it does not disrupt cruise... however is like the missile turrets no ammo.

it could be either an energy or projectile weapon that would be used to take out projectiles.

I suppose you could use cruise disruptors, but those use ammo:P

1. High refire weapons, as well as homing-style weapons, create a large amount of server lag.

2. Point defense weapons for capships which are designed to stop incoming torpedoes would be useless, because EVERYONE uses supernova cannons nowdays - the SN cannon is considered an energy weapon, so it's projectile cannot be destroyed.

oh I thought they used nova torps

I thought the projectile versions got removed



OK then what about the projectile screen?
Weapon that launches a large invisible projectile that gets hit
