All task force units operating under "Cipher" authorization are to initiate the operation. Objectives are as follows.
Pre-emptively search and destroy any "TKP" tagged vessels or supporters.
Compile a list of all TKP vessels encountered. Verify shipclass, equipment, and threat level.
Cover up or Pay off any civilian witnesses to keep the matter out of the courts.
Ensure the RKS or Primary Fleet have no contact with TKP survivors.
Provide evidence confirming or denying the rumored connection with the "Kyushu-Tomoika alliance".
On the latter point. Our information concerning the TKP and KTA and the interrelationship between the two is currently insufficiently fully compiled to sanction the latter. It has been rumored and reported, but we require hard evidence to go ahead with further actions.
You are to interrogate any witnesses to KTA, as well as KTA pilots themselves, and try to glean information. Use any duress tactics and actions you deem necessary.
