Good day to you fine officers!

I'm contacting you today to report an incident of most improper behaviour I witnessed in the Stuttgart system. While passing Planet Stuttgart's orbit, I encountered the Gateway Renzu liner Gateway|-GSE-Harmony giving off odd power readings - scanning it, I was mortified to discover that they were mounting a cloaking device in flagrant breach of Rheinland's laws!

Being an upstanding citizen of the Sirian community, I of course quizzed the captain about his legal status in Rheinland, to which no satisfying answer was provided. This leads me to believe that said vessel is not registered. Frankly, the thought of such a heavily armed trade vessel - being used in the self-identified capacity of a security ship, no less! - greatly worries me when they are operating a cloak with impunity in Rheinland and the near Omegas.
