You should be aware that we are somewhat occupied for the moment, hence the delay in the reply to your transmission..... Unless, of course, you are not aware of the attacks against our homes by your own government.

Not only were our pilots injured, but women and children too. Burns, dismemberment.... It is not a pretty sight. Thanks to those who were meant to protect the innocent.... And those women and children were innocent.... causing the mass destruction of our homes here, we now have limited resources to fix this.

And thanks to your people our death toll is steadily rising every single day.

Now, while I would love to help you with your problems around Rochester, our homes are of far greater concern to us here. We will be using our resources and men to patrol our own space, and until this situation is resolved, we wont be able to help you.

While I have you here, I'll take this opportunity to mention that James Trenton is currently occupied, as is Arbiter McKenna - because of this I am currently in charge, any communication will go through me.
