I understand that, I am sure your personal presence is not required to maintain the efficiency of your men, rest assured that they are in good hands and shall enjoy their stay on Tomioka, it is after all one of the most prestigious vacation locations in Sirius.
The Torishimariyakkai have also informed me that your orginisation is also welcome to use facilities located on Planet Kurile for resupply should any of your units be coming from the eastern side of Kusari.
Although far more limited than those located at Tomioka, they shall stand up fine for the needs of refueling and resupply.
Allow me to take this opportunity to advise you that Samura Omotai Zaibatsu have also decided to send exploration assets further into the deeper Omicrons to search for further business opportunities.
Therefor I am sending a request that should any of these units need, that they be allowed to use any Core facilities in the area for the purpose of rearming, refueling and resupply.
I know of at least one unit that is in need of a replacement weapon turret after suffering an attack from Outcast forces in the area.
I believe we were accquainted with one of your exploratory ships the other day. We granted it refuge on Yaren Base for the time being.
In regards to the convoy, going into further detail I am informing you we will be arriving with some of our best military equipment to aid you in your upcoming battles. Several thousand units of APM Advanced Hardware will be loaded onto our transports. A couple Arcani instructors will also set up permanent refuge on the Planet, to help coach your security personnel.
