To every Navy officer of the Liberty Navy,
As you all are aware our home system of California has been deliberately attacked by the Gallic Royal Navy in a surprise attack and with a fast-paced advancement they managed to breach our border defenses, breaking into our home system of California, creating a new front. Our homefront. Our forces managed to slow down their attack, putting a hold to their advancement and creating a perimeter around the San Diego Border Station, pushing away the invaders.
This attack caused severe damage to our military and naval forces in the area. San Diego has been destroyed and I regret to tell you that many Libertonian lives have been lost.
First on the line was the Kingdom of Bretonia.
Some months ago they pushed forward into Magellan.
And yesterday we faced them in our own doorstep.
As Commander-in-Chief of the forces of the Liberty Navy I will direct and take every measure in our defense, protecting the very life and safety of our nation. For we shall remember the atrocities committed by the Gallic crown and their forces to make sure that such is to never again endanger our nation.
No matter what or how long it may take us to overcome this threat, the people of Liberty, with confidence in our Navy and Military, in their unbreakable determination, will gain the advantage needed to overcome this threat, and shall further lead us to victory, putting an end to the Gallic oppression once and for all.
There is no doubt our house, people and interests are in grave danger, so hereby I am ordering a full mobilization of the Liberty Navy reserve, Home Fleet and the Secondary fleet, to further enforce the state of war with the Gallic Kingdom, and prepare for the defense of our home and people.
Standing orders are as follows:
- Fleet movement is to be directed to Battleship Yukon, which shall serve as our forward command post for the coming operations and activities.
- Now that the Gallic incursion has been pushed off, we are given a good chance to reorganize our defenses around key points in California as well as the Magellan border.
- Reorganization of the forces and readiness for an organized offensive.
- Attacking the Gallic positions on a regular basis, by the use of any means, to impede their activities and slow down their operations.
Further instructions will be issued in the upcoming days as the situation further develops.
I have full confidence in your courage, devotion, and skills for the forthcoming battle. We shall expect nothing less than victory.
