Long story short, my account with some games got banned for hacking, what later came out to be false positive. When asked about recovering my account, support replied: "re-buy games again on the new account, because we do not recover deleted accounts". In the end, I have 4-5 useless game boxes with nullified keys. That's the main reason why I don't use Steam.
