Good day Guildmaster Henderson. Unfortunately I am contacting you on a rather urgent business matter. Recently we have discovered that a group is using stolen Guild technology. As you can see in this transmission they are utterly unwilling to return it. Despite their claims that these are stolen or sourced from Core assets we have recently discovered that this is not the case.
We therefor ask that if any of this group are taking refuge on IMG installations that they be turned out until they are willing to return these vessels and any materials that may be used to reproduce them. Be aware, this group have already been declared as terrorists in Liberty and merely by associating with them you and the members of the IMG may put yourselves in danger. If you spot any of their vessels in space we encourage you to notify members of the BHG immediately so that we may attempt to force them into returning the stolen vessels as well as for the safety of the IMG.
I would like to inform you that while Mr Jack Henderson is one of our most valued members, he is not a Guild Master. As you most probably intend to speak to a person of equal rank, I will be handling this communication. The small delay to respond in your message is also attributed in the aforementioned confusion.
In your message, you are referring to "stolen Guild technology", however the technology in question belongs to AP Manufacturing, which in turn is owned at 55% by Interspace Commerce and the rest by the Core. It is also well-known that the majority of Auxesia personnel are Core defectors and thus their ships are former Core assets. With this image I am uncertain of what you intend to prove, other than seeing an Auxesia ship illegally using your Guild's IFF.
In any case, this is a rather complicated issue, and naturally the Independent Miners Guild does not wish to further entangle itself in this. We are neither a House Police, nor we enforce any House Laws and thus we wish all the parties involved to respect our neutral approach in this matter.

Apologies for the confusion, I have spent much of my youth growing up in the Bretonia area and Mr. Hendersons name was the one I was most familiar with. I truly did not believe he was not a Guild Master.
While your stance on the matter is understandable, I would like to clear up one matter that you seem confused about. APM Manufacturing is specifically the AP subsidiary dedicated to maintaining the ships of the Core. All ship designs made by AP excepting the larger ships which were designed specifically for the Core such as the Thresher, the Bullhead and the Mako remain property of the BHG. That is why this situation presents such a problem for us, as a known terrorist group has been found with them in their possession. If I had my own way the Core wouldn't be seen flying any AP vessels after what happened in Delta, however unfortunately there is a long term legal contract that prevents this.
