Sorry for the delay in my response, I've been awaiting a reply for Kishiro Technologies. They have managed to assemble a "Big Dragon" transport (fitting name, I know), and have it ready. I just need to wire them the funds and collect it.
The vessel is priced at thirty five million credits. Once the transport is secured, I can see about getting it into position for when I have completed the rest of the assigned task. Would you be able to send the credits so my civilian account, Akiko.Miku ? If you do, please send them anonymously, we don't want any suspicious payments being potentially tracked. Once the funds are secure, I will send them to Kishiro.

Konnichiwa, Akiko Miku,
The price is fine and I sure it will be a reasonable addition to the Shogunates logistical fleets. However electronic transfers to Kishiro aren't something I am very fond of. Come to Kyoto and I will provide you with the requested sum in Sirius Credit Cards direct from the shogunates coffer.

A lot of time has passed and rest assured I have been busy at work. I believe I've got all the pieces into place now and we should be ready to begin with the plan. For sake of clarity I will quickly state what my idea is and the stages at which it will progress. There are two main phases for it to hopefully ensure it's success.
During the initial phase when we bring the transport to the station, there will be a few things required. The transport will obviously need escorts, yet we want to make sure the escorts blend in seamlessly. We don't want a off-colour Roc and a Sabre escorting it as it will draw undue attention.
Aboard the transport will be a number of things, each one playing a small but critical role. The first set of items will be modified textbooks, as it were (digital versions). I studied the format within them closely before making the modifications and they are designed to mimic the originals as closely as possible, while making the Blood Dragons seem far more heroic and honourable than the original versions displayed.
Secondly, there will be a small radio transmitter, of my own design. I created this using data from the Sendai archives. What it should do is route a signal thorugh the station and then relay it to other points around Kusari, allowing us so make semi-regular radio transmissions and reach the station, the public, and all other forms of education institutions throughout Kusari. That is, assuming it works as intended, which have reason to believe it does.
Lastly, to actually employ the transmitter correctly, some degree of stealth and espionage will be required. I am requesting a couple of Blood Dragons take the device and fit it correctly within the main control centre of the station. If they are detected while doing so, it could compromise the entire operation, so subtlety is key. At the same time as fitting the transmitter, they will take my amended copies and overwrite the existing data, and will luck no body will notice until the damage has already been done, so to speak.
Please let me know what you think, I am eager to see the results of my labour.

Konnichiwa, Akiko Miku,
Well done the Shogun is very pleased with your efforts so far. However let us see if we are successful in implementing what you have suggested before we unduly celebrate.
Please make the necessary arrangements, I will begin to get a small force of Dragons ready for you when the time is right. Lastly the Shogun believes you should be the one to install the transmitter to ensure that it is a success.
We will be in touch.

I have a question, Heung. A while back, when you gave me the needed funds for the transport, you mentioned the Watanabe clan, and their Daimyo. You mentioned that once my project was complete, you wanted to arrange a meeting for whatever reason. While I don't know the specifics of what you had in mind, I am left wondering something.
Would it be possible to bring this forwards? I have a couple queries for the Daimyo of the Watanabe, and I have a request for them - one that is related to your desire for me to be in the field. With your permission, of course, I would like to request some training from them before we go ahead with the plan. As it currently stands, I do not have the ability that would be required of me - stealth and silence are not tools currently within my skill set.

Konbanwa Akiko Miku,
As you need very little from me I will keep this brief at the moment. As per your request I have granted access to Daimyo Watanabe to this communication. I will continue to closely monitor this communication for further updates.

People take about a year to realize how to speak; Then most of their life to learn how to keep silent. Some never do. But as any skill, it can be taught. If among other things, you seek to master the qualities of subtlety, then come visit us at Hikone. We will provide you with living necessities during this time, you need only bring your full attention and desire to learn.
I thank you for your quick swift response and allowance of this. I'm heading to New Tokyo now to pick up my ship, but I will be prompt in arriving there. If there is anything you would like me to bring, please let me know - if not, I'll see you soon.
