I Don't think i have Formally introduced my self before but i am certain we have met once or twice in Space around your Freeport, more or less when Piloting my 'Custom XB-2 "Havoc Mk II" Civilian Bomber', so allow me to introduce me self, my name is Katherine T. Horizon, Other's simply just call me 'Katt', i am an Engineer and a Senior Staff member of THP, how ever unlike one or two others you may or may not be... "antiquated" with, I am one of the few others who personally have yet to cause any problems while Operating in the area.

how ever that aside, i am Making this request as unlike one of the Bustard's I Personally own which is Identified and Associated Directly with THP as one of their "Bustard Fleet" as we call it, This Request is about Registering my Non-Affiliated R&D 'Bustard' Civilian Light Carrier, as a Fellow Zoner i will respect your Decision in this Matter regarding Permission to Enter the NFZ regardless if it is Exemption Access or Changed to Temporary Access if at all my request is even Accepted.

I would be more then Happy to lend what Assistance I can when required but I must inform you that my Light Carrier does not make a Good warship, if at all it is required for such purposes...

While Conducting Research and very few Experiments with in the nearby Remote systems, most of which conducted Surveying, my R&D Light Carrier The 'Event-Horizon' would most Certainly be Spending Quite a lot of time with in Omicron Delta and in particularly be Moored at your Freeport During Quiet Moments when Large Projects are on Hold, I also still have other Assets with in the local Area that would also be getting moved to and from my Carrier from time to time, As the Delta System is also one of the Few with in the local Star Cluster that we are able at Access via the use of one of our Installed Jump drive's we would no doubt lend our assistance in Ferrying not only much needed supply's to and from your Freeport but are also quite capable in lending Aid in the event an Evacuation is required.
