Greeting's to those I have met and have not,

If you haven't noticed EFL has reached an agreement with the Rheinland government and has begun the construction of a Jump Gate and connecting Trade Lane in Frankfurt into Sigma 15. As a result all available captains that are not keeping the Roi's fleets maintained with fuel are being diverted to this, our new high priority project. Unfortunately we cannot expect that Ageira will not fly off the handle and begin massive shutdowns of the Network in Rheinland. There is no feasible way that all of EFL or IDF's shipping power combined could finish this effort in a manner that would prevent a economic hit to Rheinland's recently budding economy. Which is why I am reaching out to you, calling for your aid. EFL is ready to begin moving what we can but we cannot do it alone. We need your help, Rheinland needs your help.

Herr Dupont,

It was only a year ago that your predecessor and I were discussing this concept. I'm personally glad to see it come to life in such a short span of time now that the project is in its initial stage as Daumann has been a supporter of this idea since day one.

Daumann's reach spreads across multiple industries and as you may have already noticed we maintain a siginificant presence with our operations in the Frankfurt and the neighbouring München systems. Having said that, and I believe you already know this, we are better positioned both strategically and expertise-wise in order to oversee large portions of this massive undertaking.

I don't believe that the key decision makers at Ageira will be so daft and short-sighted to begin shut down of Rheinland's internal networks as you suggest. The economic ripple effect will be felt throughout the sector spanning other houses, and not only in Rheinland. Though it is quite hard to judge business acumen north of Hamburg these days. We will have to prepare for all outcomes.

There are still many things that need to be discussed though we have already set a few things in motion as it pertains to asset relocation, however, I am curious to know what EFL has in mind moving forward and how we can assist each other in this joint venture.

I am pleased to hear that EFL and in turn Gallia is taking such an interest in Rheinlands Trade Lanes. For too long has the Ageira Network been neglected, and left to go to ruin. This project needs to happen very soon, and Republican Shipping is offering its assistance to EFL.

If you dont already know, Republican Shipping has one of the biggest fleets in Sirius, and currently we are eager for work to keep busy, and of course to make money. As you and i both know, there is no one else in Sirius that can haul what you need to handle a project this size.

BMF is out due to the war, Universal Shipping is out due to the war, and Samura Industries is not welcome in Rheinland. So we are open to Negotiations at your earliest available time. If possible, can you send me some more information as well. Like estimated duration of the project and projected amounts of goods that will need to be hauled. I do understand that there can be issues that can complicated things and cause delays.

My sincerest apologies, navigating the bureaucratic red tape of two houses is a task and a half let alone one I am barely familiar with. However, at long last I am proud to confirm that the Rheinland Connection Initiative will be moving along right on schedule. EFL is doubling down on its standing contracts from Daumann and Kruger for resource extraction as well as opening new contracts with Republican Shipping to begin the movement of larger quantities of Gallic Gate/Lane Parts.

Our first initiative is to get the gate up and running in both Sigma-15 and in Frankfurt as well as the adjoining trade-lane to Konstanz Border Station. As such the current quota is 200k EFL Blue Packs. While they are being delivered EFL (in cooperation with Daumann) will begin the construction of the Lanes and Gates .

EFL has opened a board for all Daumann, Republican, and Kruger transponders to report their deliveries.


I urge you to inform your captains to stay vigilant, as I sincerely fear Ageria may attempt to sabotage our mission. Cargo, while expensive, can be replaced good captains and crews cannot.

It appears Kusari is making a bid for Saigon byway of having Ageira Technologies and Deep Space Engineering build a gate and trade lane as well. Therefore in order to increase incentives for captains to participate EFL will be subsidizing all shipments of Gatelane Parts by granting all Pilots who deliver for the rest of March an additional 3,000 Credits per unit delivered. Please inform your captains of this. Only shipments reported here will qualify.
