This is Konteradmiral von Meyer of the Rheinwehr Reservieren contacting the Buro Oberkommando. Approximately 6 hours ago, Schlachtschiff Freya responded to a security breach within the quarantined Thuringia star system at the warning of the RNC Albtraum. Target was an Alster Union warship that escaped our grasp. Upon linking with Albtraum, our scanners picked up unknown materials from the warship, guncam scannings of which I will relay you with this transmission. The vessel attempted to impede on our agenda, but Schlachtschiff Freya was able to make it back to the security of the Unstrut-Minesektor before any combat could begin. Albtraum peeled off and retreated, presumably towards the heavily quarantined sector around Valhalla.
I will leave whatever else that falls to the Buro to you. I will be more than open to questions should you need.

This is exactly why I recalled the fleet. That ship isn't being registered on any Military or Buro database and its installed equipment is definitely one that corresponds with our data-base of xeno technology. Due to the re-positioning of the Military's fleet, the quarantine zone within Thuringia has faltered and I've had to divert two Flotilla's to its defence. You have authorisation by me to engage that vessel at will and either secure its technology for archival and storage, or destroy it to ensure it doesn't fall into any hands of an opposing or insecure party. The Quarantine zone around Valhalla is nothing but trouble, i suggest you stay out of that area as the doctrine intends, I can't go losing a military captain that understands the dangers that we face back home

Direktor Enfield asked me to forward his comm as he's required for a hearing earlier today at the bundestag. The Tannenberg Battlegroup knows how to handle threats like this security breach, our Battlegroup is stationed in the Thüringen system right now and I ordered some Bombers already to hunt the ship down, I can assure you, we will take care of this one.

The Bundeswehr recently received a broadspan transmission from an Orbital Spa and Cruise captain who was attacked in Neu Berlin by Military-grade vessels operating under malfunctioning identifiers. I will link the transmission to you, as the Buro und der Marinenachristendienst were unusually missing from the recipients.
I'm hoping the Buro could find a possible link between the ships and where they were acquired. Aside from the names of the vessels in question and two of their classes, 'Donau'-class Heavy Cruisers, there is little to go on. I will notify my patrols and commanders of these vessels, and with hope these lawbreakers can be brought in.
