As the previous leader and 2ic have both left Discovery, Natio Octavarium has been without leadership until now. Effective today, Capt. Henry Morgan will take over as faction leader. We're hoping to put things back together and pick up where we left off before we lose our official status. We'll be posting a roll call for NO members shortly, as well as a proper in-RP announcement explaining why NO's gone quiet recently and that we're back in business.
