It has come to me, you helped us alot against the Nomads in the Neu Berlin System, I am here to thank you in the Name of the whole Rheinland Polizei. We now do face different enemies now. The Büro of the Marieintelligenz, to be percisely. They seem to work with all kind of unlawful terrorist scumb against the Rheinland general order and we do not tolerate this kind of evelvement. We, the Polizei, the Rheinland Military and I think also Krüger and others support the neue Ordnung, a more stable and less corrupt one.
I am here to ask you for underground help. Fight these bandits together with us, the Geheimpolizei. I as former member of the Buro, who did not like the situation there, am trying to establish a new secret service, together with Polizeidirektorin Kathrin Ritter. We are not looking for your claims, but factual territorial control: Where Imperium ends and where the Loyalist enclave starts. ⧫ Are you acting on your own, or Imperial Police extending its reach outwards to The Overwatch has the backing of major civilian and/or military leadership?
I will not lie to you here but as it stands right now, we are collecting information from - among other entities - BDM itself to give us a clearer picture concerning motivation, objectives and grander vision of Rheinland. The current directive concerning Rheinland as a whole is survival of existing cells first, then avoidance of conflict with either Imperial or Federal units second.

You are correct, standing down is unfortunately no longer an options, the liberal extremists of the federals have unfortunately forced our hand.
Your concerns are understandable, as a gesture of good will and to ensure the safety of the Rheinland people I will do my best to answer your questions.

There is indeed a kaiser, an emperor. Unfortunately I cannot disclose their name at this time.
Due to the current chaos we have been forced to tighten security drastically so the dastardly federals do not make an attempt on the kaiser.

The organization formerly known as the RFP has been transformed into the Kaiserliche Polizei Rheinlands. Our job is, as it has always been, to uphold the laws of Rheinland and defend its citizens. With the treason of BDM, the Rheinland Empire had to fill the void to maintain its intelligence network. As such the Polizei was tasked with filling the void.
Now on to your third question. "⧫ Who exactly sided with the Imperials? Given your jurisdiction as law enforcement only, what promises you can reasonably keep in the bigger picture of authorities much above your own paygrade?"
The vast majority of Rheinland supports the Imperial transition. Of course, the Kaiserliche Polizei Rheinland are among them. Other factions of note are the Rheinwehr, Krüger, the Daumann, Republican/Imperial Shipping, the change is so widely supported that even some formerly unlawfuls like the Unioners are willing to bring change and support the rise of the kaiser.

Currently this is hard to answer, the chaos of the federalists upstart rebellion to law and order is still in full swing und we have yet to properly assertain which assets have been compromised and which are not. Suffice to say that, for the time being, we are confident in all lawful holdings, while we believe the treasonous yoke of the BDM and their sympathisers are limited to the Thuringia system.

Rest assured we would not reach out to you without proper backing. Besides the Polizei, this act also has the backing of a Großadmiral of the Reichswehr, as well as the shadow Außenminister.
The Order has proven that, even when faced with ruthless persecution, they are willing to do the right thing for the people in the aftermath of the Nomad assault on Neu Berlin. It is because of this that we ask you to come to Rheinlands aide once more.

To the attention of Inspector J. Thielau. The Federalists are in league with the Bundschuh terrorists, testimony sourced straight out of Director G. Enfield’s mouth. Why they would align themselves to a radical left at such a short notice is beyond me. As of this moment we are in ceasefire agreement with them, for the purpose of evacuating endangered Order personnel from areas most affected by the ensuing combat. “The Office of Naval Intelligence” claims to still fulfill your mandate, by the authority of the Federal government.
First off. I will need manpower. As you yourself said, The Order had been persecuted in Rheinland. Number of my soldiers and officers rot in prison for doing the task that no House government will acknowledge their service for. Possibly not even after potential amnesty. Before The Order formally enters the conflict, we are in a unique situation that permits us to perform one or two daring feats before our intentions are made crystal clear to the OPFOR. I do not have any credible intelligence on the integrity of your current network of spies and agents within and abroad but if your unit is still capable of commencing effective counterintelligence and misinformation campaign, we are capable of feeding BDM falsified reports. Depending on what your people can come up with, you will get an upper hand at rooting out those Federal loyalists. Afterwards we intend to sweep through Omicrons and Sigmas to the northern border of Rheinland. There are a lot of Federal units lodged between the Rheinland Empire and The Order. If my forces are to be of any effect, they need to punch through the loyalist enclave.
