• Buy H-Fuel from any location selling H-Fuel
  
• Bring H-Fuel to Thames Outpost in New London and attempt to sell
  
• "Dealer Not interested"
  
• *Sad Face*

not a bug, Thames is a reseller. resellers do not buy HRCs such as H-Fuel.
