Including the lease of scanning technology. . The Technocracy may request Research assistance from the Starfliers. . The Starfliers cannot closely ally themselves to the following factions: The Core, The Order, Crayter Republic, Outcasts, Corsairs. When business is on-going within hostile space, Technocrat assistance is unavailable - unless the target sales entity has turned hostile. .
