[Systems] Minefield X-509 scanner range

Bug: Apparently there is something wrong with vissibility or scanner range

Reproduction Steps:

• Go to Omicron-Pi
  
• Get into X-509 Minefield and notice everything dissapeared from scanner range, even in tabs in HUD
  
• Get to The Chaser wreck, that's not vissible on HUD as well
  
• Shoot The Chaser wreck, no HP goes down, no loot is vissible
  
• Leave X-509, suddenly you can see loot from The Chaser
  
• Enter X-509, loot is gone again even when selected
  

Additional Information: Apparently missiles you shoot in X-509 are invissible as well.
