We have been monitoring developments within your movement in recent weeks since our return to Sirius, and wish to establish diplomatic ties. Whilst one would wonder why a Kusari-originating faction would not side with potential allies in the Farmers' Alliance, we do sympathize with the people of Kyushu, just as we do for the farmers of Rheinland.
