Bug: Incorrect Voice Line

Reproduction Steps:
  • Go to New Paris
  • Listen for a bit and wait for the Mooring Fixture to ask a patrol where it is going
  • Notice that the mooring fixture refers to itself as "Asteroid Mining Group"

Additional Information: I know we can't have it actually say New Paris, but could the traffic control be moved to a more logical place like Sarcelles or Versailles instead, it would fit a lot better than the mooring fixture on New Paris doing it.

Fix awaiting release

Removed the voice from the mooring fixture to standardise it with vanilla planets. Can't really have the traffic control display from another base, as the voice is associated with the relevant object itself.
