Regarding moving Basic Alloy, I require details, namely the destination and the amount in question. If this is only regarding a one-time bulk you and I will be able to work something out relatively quick, for regular supply it will be a bit more complicated but not impossible.

to be honest, I consider ze levied fine of 15 million credits for a simple subversive conduct a bit high. I'm not in ze position to question decisions made by my superiors, but I remember you saying "Being unknowing of local laws is not a viable excuse", so it's basically not our fault, if zey violate publicly published laws of ze Rheinland government.
Anyway, some details regarding ze basic alloy:
Ze desired destination would be ze Spandau Prison. We are currently experimenting wiz ze right amount. Ze owner of ze Koepchen Depot in Stuttgart offered 35.000 units a week. Togezer wiz ze regular supply of DHC I'm not sure, whezer zis is sufficient. In my opinion, anozer trustworzy supplier would not harm ze station's business.
We plan to use it as basic ingredient of consumer goods production as part of ze rehabilitation process. As you maybe know, ze term "consumer goods" contains inexpensive bulk items. Zis include zings such as clozing or toiletries. I don't know what you zink about it, but I don't want a dress or toilet paper made from metal. Zat's where ze planned farm comes into play. Byproducts, such as plant fibers, or ozer crops, such as cotton, could provide additional materials. Zese so called bioproducts would certainly be a valid substition for production and could reduce ze total costs. But, as said, we still testing ze reliable usage.
Speaking of ze Ruhrfeld installation, I'm sure you are already informed, zat ze kaiserliches Versorgungsschiff Wettin was undocking from your installation on monday. 15 million credits is a bit over the top in my understanding if any law enforcer within Rheinland would demand this of one of my people I would simply deny it and consider to open fire, unless the current Imperial Goverment issues a new legislation that validates such claims. Reason being that we've had similar bold claims in the past from our local jester court known as the Bundschuh, every time another claim of either wanting exorbitant amounts of money or trying to fool people by saying they are with the MND, [Redacted] or even doing a cheap impersonation of Rheinland Police. So hearing something as unrealistic as a 15 million credit fine would result in Weiss Pilots thinking they are with the terrorists.
Regarding Spandau, we can work something out. As far as I know Hamburg is Rheinland's biggest smelter for the basics, however that is a bit far for most regular suppliers if it's to Neu-Berlin, and our capital sells that product with a slightly higher fee due to taxation and transport costs arriving at 17c per unit. If you set Spandau up to buy at 20c per unit and allow our pilots to dock then I can make someone of us look in regular intervals after the stock. We have a similar deal with the installation [Redacted] to serve Rheinland where it's needed.
For that trade lane ring, it's failing us constantly. Personally I would like to have EFL to just replace every lane in Rheinland to free it of Ageira's spyware crap and the Gallic Tech fails less as well. For ALG pilots disabling it, yes I have seen this myself. It's a rare sight but it happens. I wonder if they mistook the trade lane ring as toxic waste or a scrap field but how could blame them since it is from Liberty.

On another notice for especially those of Spandau Management within the KPR.
Weissport will be selling it's stock at a discount until it is empty. In case certain harder to obtain goods are still needed for construction.
To also elaborate further on this matter, the port is now in space for an estimate of 1 month, however it being a "passion project" of the now missing Franz Zimmer resulted in Weiss finanzial management and me looking into it's affairs more closely. We came to the conclusion that, despite us trying to turn it into a "hand-over point", the port is more than underperforming. Looking at the cycle of upkeep, profit, allocation of our motivated workers elsewhere and the quarterly fees it comes at a huge loss for the small group of Weiss Imperial Shipping. Under performing across the board will also result in not enough tax revenue being generated for Rheinland.
Once the station has sold or handed off everything it holds to either other corporate entities, civilians and Rheinland forces we will consult Daumann on disassembly of the port. Part of the port's systems will be incorporated into our Barge to make it possible to launch it as a mobile station if needed. All workers of the port will also move back to our Barge.
Weiss will be more flexible in assisting with matters of Rheinland's concern once the port is history.

We usually move when we're asked to by Rheinland. If we are in idle mode then we sell and supply general goods between Rheinland and Gallia.
Well if I was with the ALG I would not respond to such a thing either.
For the credit loss; my finance person is running the numbers still, it's assumed to be within the six-digits on a 3 day basis. Not as much but we will spot it in our internal reports.
Hell if Rheinland would submit us a proposal for the "Trade Lane-Overhaul" I would be willing to read and consider it, maybe take it on in stages starting with Frankfurt, then Neu-Berlin, Hamburg and Stuttgart. Reason being that Frankfurt already has half EFL lanes installed and Lüneburg is as you know already done.
For durability against acts of violence well I do think there is a difference, however we were talking about general availability which includes tempering in any way with the system of lanes. EFL technology surpasses the Liberty lanes.
I wonder what Daumann would say to this considering they are as often on the lane as we are. Kruger usually stays within Lüneburg.
If it makes Rheinland better then it's worth any credit.
