[Server Config] PoB Knowledge keeps disappearing after a relog

Bug: PoB knowledge disappears every relog

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 Discover PoB
  
• Step 2 Dock on a different station
  
• Step 3 F1, Select new server
  
• Step 4 immediately relog
  
• Step 5 Launch
  
• Step 6 Wonder why your character's PoB memory is worse than yours in the real world.
  

Additional Information: This is indirectly noticed when swapping accounts, as you are forced to leave the server to swap to a char on a different account.

Only certain PoB’s do this and it’s intensional.

Don’t ask how or why, but it’s always been a thing.

Not all PoB’s vanish next relog, but some do.

No, there very much is something wack with pob knowledge since the most recent update @Chenzo-. In 5.0, 5.1 and 5.2, There was permanent knowledge of "Seward Station", "Tokelau Smelter", "Reincarnation Station", "Athens Station" and "The Junktion" across the system for the entire updates (You fly once there and see it permanently)

This update, just yesterday I was back and forth between "Tokelau Smelter" and another pob in the system. Logged in today to notice that once again pob knowledge of "Tokelau Smelter" had been wiped, along with all other pobs in-system, despite being only 20K away or so. It is very much a bug. It very much isnt "Intentional".

As you can see, Tokelau Smelter was discovered (again) today. Login from across the map to have it not on my contacts yet again.
