Guten tag, esteemed leaders of The Order Overwatch,
We at Maric Metallurgical Labs (MML) extend our regards and trust this message reaches you in good standing. Operating under the official banner of ALG Waste Disposal, MML has been fortunate to thrive in Omicron Mu, thanks to the environment shaped by your leadership and the contributions of the Eclipse Vanguard. Though our work aligns with The Order’s objectives, we recognize that we have yet to establish direct communication with the Overwatch—a matter we feel is important to address.
Our presence in Omicron Mu has been built on a foundation of trust and understanding. While this has allowed us to contribute meaningfully to The Order's supply lines and technological advancements, we believe that formalizing this relationship could unlock greater potential for collaboration. As such, we wish to open a dialogue to discuss:
The role of MML within Omicron Mu and how our operations align with your broader goals.
Ways we can contribute further to The Order's initiatives.
Opportunities for expanding our operations to better serve our mutual interests.
We are particularly eager to share our plans regarding Azurite Gas. This resource represents a significant opportunity for advanced research and development. We are aiming to use it for scientific breakthroughs that enhance The Order’s equipment and technological capabilities.
However, we understand the sensitivity surrounding Azurite Gas and the potential risks its handling might pose. In light of this, we formally seek Overwatch approval to:
Safely store the gas on M.M.L.
Conduct research into its properties and applications.
Establish secure protocols for its collection and storage.
We assure you that MML remains steadfast in its commitment to security and discretion:
All data and findings remain confined to MML facilities.
Access to our research is limited to trusted allies within The Order.
Our security measures are stringent, designed to prevent leaks or unauthorized access.
We deeply value the trust The Order has placed in us, and we are eager to expand this partnership. To that end, we invite your feedback on our activities and your guidance on how we might align more closely with your needs. Additionally, we welcome inspections of our facilities at your convenience to provide assurance of our operational integrity and security protocols.
We invite you to review our communication channel with Thaan "Doom" Naxan of the Eclipse Vanguard, to verify the strength of our ongoing collaboration.
By fostering this open communication, we aim to deepen our collaboration and contribute even more to the protection and advancement of The Order's mission.
We await your response and look forward to strengthening this relationship.
Mit den besten Grüßen und im fortwährenden Vertrauen, M.M.L. Administration

Operational Future of Maric Metallurgical Labs in Mu
To whom it may concern,
My name is Eddy Narson Colonel within the Order First Fleet Overwatch. ALG Waste Disposal has proved to be a powerful ally in producing refined materials in system. Stations such as Memphis Industrial Compound has been a boon to our production in system. As of now I might go as far as to say they are our primary means of acquiring such resources from 3ed parties.
Your submitted commination logs between yourself and the Order Second fleet battlegroup known as Eclipse does shed some light on why I have been seeing reports of ALG vessels, approaching normal restricted space, crossing my decks. However, given that the Eclipse failed to make the Overwatch aware of these shipments I shall not cast the breach of protocol on you. Instead I rather look on the brighter side of these logs, as a sign that the ALG (and MML) may have a larger part to play in the Overwatch's plans for the future. A future that may prove vary profitable for the ALG, and related factions, as I'm sure you have noticed some of the new Order heavy assists moving in system.
As such the Overwatch is willing to begin negotiations with MML. As you expressed primary interest in Azurite Gas let us start with this. You are correct in your observation that Azurite Gas is controlled commodity and does not lightly leave Order territory. However, given that you wish to make use of it within Omicron Mu this allows some leeway. As such the Order Overwatch will allow Maric Metallurgical Labs' station within Mu to house and make use of Azurite Gas, provided some addental measures are met to the already listed.
[⧫]Submission to random inspection of laboratories researching Azurite Gas conducted by Overwatch agents. [⧫]Regular screening of scientists (and other personal) exposed to Azurite Gas. [⧫] Understanding that dangerous breakthroughs in the applicational uses of Azurite Gas may result in confiscation of related data and or personal involved in said projects.
I pray that our last point never comes to pass. I understand if such a thing may be... unreasonable but I hope it goes to show just have dangerous these Nomadic materials can be. However, should such a thing be necessary, the Overwatch will be willing to discuses compensation for confiscated data, labs, and or personnel.
Should our talks come to an agreement, I shall put in a request that MML flagged ship be added to the Sliver Level Clearance within Order Controlled systems. Continue to bring in more refined materials to assist the Order and you will find yourself more involved with the Overwatch's logistical operations. Should MML continue on its course as is, you may look forward to involvement in the Overwatch's aforementioned future projects. If there are any other specific points that you wish to address feel free to list them.
