by the way: no, you can't have 2 ships in one character/slot (that sucks) you'll need to create a new character to have different ships/factions, you can have a trader , pirate, lawfull and a freelancer ( or any faction you want to join) your trader can transferr money to your other characters.

Yes you can have more than one character, and it doesn't have to be the same one flying each ship. (Some of us here have over 40 ships, an elite few have nearly 70)

all in all the conclusion is that disco doesn't need antagonist factions, it doesn't need phantoms, it doesn't need nomads, it doesn't need coalition and it doesn't need many other things, no AIs, the game is hijacked by morons to confuse the game with their dickwaving generic competition games mixed up with troll-of-the-day.
