keep in mind - bases are there to assist you, not to do your job.

currently - most bases fire very good pulse guns keeping the enemy shields down. and thats all thats needed. - they are mostly configured to fight large ships, cause that is the problem we encounter sometimes - large ships "camping" a base.

so when you have a bomber ace camping your base, the base cannot do anything about it.

battleship-bases are different... their firepower is terrible enough to scare away a large invasion. - only multiple novas can disable their guns for a short time ( not that many bombers bother firing at a stationary and indestructible battleship anyway though )

but making bases too powerful means that no one can RP an invasion anymore .... unless people only want their OWN bases buffed and keep their enemy bases weaker so THEY can invade.... sadly - everyone is an enemy to someone else - and the effect would be that forces can only meet in empty systems for events.

It's good.Well in LF is easy to dodge,I am talking for caps.But yes after last few updates it isn't so dangerous anymore
