[Systems] Non-discoverable / Unknown depot in Cortez

Bug: Seemingly non-mysterious and active (has active transport docked and powered on Liberty holosign) depot showing up as "Unknown" and is undiscoverable. My guess is this is an oversight, as this does not seem like one of those unknown objects that is intended to not be mappable/discoverable? It also prevents players from reading any infocard lore attached to the object.

Reproduction Steps:

• Fly to Cortez D4, in the debris field just south of Curacao
  
• Find the Liberty depot. Be unable to 'discover' it or read its infocard
