in september or so, we could see some of the bars a little more empty for the small station, but right now it makes sense for the entire station to be hanging around in the bars.
Well, I'm not sure about the summer part, but considering a lot of stations don't seem like they have much else entertaining to do, I can easily imagine a lot of bar activity at certain bases. Xenos and Gaians for sure - they'd need to come together and complain about things a lot.
