To the Sea Serpent's 6400 armour, 29s/28s, 8 shield and power supply/regen of 3400/345 (Starblazer) 8000/800 (Sea Serpent).

What your stats produce is a ship that will get of perhaps one volley from it's guns (if you're lucky) before the plant will run dry, and will die from 12-15 Buckshot hits (2-3 volleys-ish)...

Best just to base new ships' stats off existing ships...

But, anyways, yes, I support adding an Order LF...you don't do scouting missions in a Nephthys...(well, I do, but it's not really well-suited...)
