For a while now we at DynoXe Intl. had been watching the Deaths| progression, some with hopeful eyes, and other with ones of scorn. I was honored by the respect you and your men gave me, and I will never forget that. However, your recent conflicts in Liberty, and more importantly your new ties with the Corsairs, has led me to make a decision I was hoping to avoid. DXI does not approve of the path your group has taken, and I'm afraid I've decided to Denounce you and your men as Allies of my Company. My regret on the matter is overwhelming, but it is a necessary step.
Onto another point, I hear you'll be operating in the Omega's soon as well... No doubt with the Corsairs. However considering our history and the respect I retain for your men, I'll leave you an offer. As you may know, we have been recently contracted by Daumann Heavy Construction, and one of our new duties consists of cleaning DHC influenced systems (O-3, O-7, O-11) of Pirates and Scum... I wish to avoid any conflict with the Deaths Mitchell, so I will offer you a NAP (Non-Aggression Pact) If you and your men refrain from any illegal activities in DXI's Presence, Throughout the Omega's. That is the most I can do for you now.. I hoped perhaps you could see past the LN incidents and realize the error of your ways, But alas.. Somethings just cannot be helped.

No need to apologize. I understand that as an upstanding Liberty Operator, your need for..lawful assistance is great. We would gladly accept this NAP, as long as DXI does not conflict with Deaths| doing their jobs.
