Did someone just call [HF], [HC]???? *gets out large hammer like object* which toe first?
At any rate when your talking large naval conflict and the like, joining a lawful faction. Or one of the factions listed is likely to bring some form of naval combat. Although I am trying to reduce capship numbers in our fleet. Trust flying a BS or a cruiser is certain death against bombers.

NovaPG are Invite only but 101st are outcast and a good Faction, BSG are also good, TBH have way to many members:)
As for Corsairs we have way to many as it is, if you want a good lawful faction Join The RM, UOG has their act together, The AW are a good faction, RepEx are a good trading faction, HF are good aswell as BS|, but if you read that link i sent you can make your own mind up:)
Well, if someone would hire us, The Mandalorian Mercenaries could fulfill youre desires, and pay ya for it, and offer an excellent enviroment to enjoy the game
but, nobody is hiring, and these are torubling times for mercs.
Main people doing lots of really big fleet battles right now:
HF
SA (a tiny bit... if they'd be more active.)
NovaPG
Bushido
AW
BSG
TBH (a little bit)
SCRA (Same as TBH)
SF and KNF will probably be soon also.
If you want tons of constant huge fleet battles, join HF or AW. Allies, and both are a bit warmongering. We always seem to be at war with half of Discovery... I like it that way. Much more fun than sitting around in Vespucci all day, twiddling our thumbs.
AND HF will have a new battleship to play with/lead fleets soon!
Alright, enough with the shameless recruiting drive... but seriously, HF, AW, NovaPG, Bushido, or BSG (which is invite only I believe) for lots of huge battles, but if you want a cruiser/dest right away (which I don't really suggest, GBs and bombers decimate them and BSs with ease), then neither HF or AW are not for you.
And why do people always assume house factions have giant, massive fleet battles? Only SA does, and them only occasionally. SF and KNF will... well, see above.
Well Actually the faction doing the most fleet battles currently is the AW. They have been launching daily raids against huge numbers of Corsairs. And they have been raided themselves. But it is glorious lopsided combat that should satiate your pvp urges.
Yeah, join up with my AW Bomber. Every day every few hours I head into Gamma by myself and engage massive amounts of corsairs and try to survive as many seconds as possible.........
But when other AW members are on, we can do 3-1 without sweating...
