Need a system editing tutorial

I've been searching all over for a good tutorial that teaches someone to mod systems through the ini files. I've got one, but it only covers FLE, which I know how to do. I know FLE's buggy, and with a mod in development, I'd rather learn to do this without it.

Anyone able to help me out?

This one is fairly decent, at least it shows you the basic steps and explains some of the .ini functions.
