Don't expect lawfuls to just let you go by, they'd often question how you got your equipment and what you're up to with them.

I do however hunt indie Outcasts within Liberty regularly and tend to stay on the good side of the law in Liberty.

I see no problem to fly with any guns that you want. It makes some work to the police.Witch is good.
Indeed I fly this nice Imperator ship as hogosha when my targets are heavyweight- like tridentes or QCP| riding Kusari. I am happy that GC and Dragoons dont fly big ships so I can stick to Raba/FA bomber/Black Dragon almost all of the time.
