Dresden fields

Are mining fields in Dresden still active? I try mine in diamond and cooper/cobalt fields but nothing.
I was use Kruger IFF/ID hegemon with all equipment.

edit: can you tell me where is mining spot, maybe i was looking on wrong place

Go west of Leipzig station, leaving the cloud Leipzig is in. Then enter the cloud west of the Leipzig one. The entire cloud has Cobalt, but in a smaller quantity then Omega 7. Note that the area will not light up as a minable zone on your mining map.

Actually Kruger don't have any bonuses to mining diamonds :] So it's waste of your time.
Here you have actuall mining guide.
As a Kruger the best ore to mine is Cobalt/Copper/Silver in O7. The best profits are given by Silver, but you need go to NT to sell it and if GMG will catch you in S13 be sure that they will scrap your ship and take all ore.
The best profits according to time which you must spend on mining and selling it is Cobalt in my opinion. You can sell it in Ingolstad in Munich. Also mining it in o7 has another plus. Pirates are not that annoying like in T23 or Dublin.

Dresden diamond fields: Shut down I believe - ask a Daumann (or Hessian) though, IMG/Kruger gets no diamond mining bonuses. Diamond mining is concentrated in Omega 11. Kruger mining cobalt in the Dresden field, and using the Frankfurt hole as a shortcut to Munich is a safe route - very few pirates on that way.
