If it lists more than one target, it can be locked on the basis of being a blanket bounty.

More to the point, if your bounty covers individuals that make up a specific group then that will be considered as a blanket bounty. If you are an individual posting a bounty, and try to list all the individuals of a specific group by name, this will be considered a deliberate workaround the rule and dealt with.

Multiple targets can be bountied by an individual, but try and use common sense when naming targets. There is no need to over analyze this rule. It's fairly straightforward.

This bounty was locked. It targetted 3 characters. I PMed Dusty, the moderator who locked the thread, about why that was, and what constitutes a "Blanket Bounty". I was told that to be safe, any bounty that lists more than 1 person can be considered a "Blanket Bounty".

I do appreciate your efforts however, and do understand the points you are trying to get across however.

While this bounty was against an entire faction, and was not locked despite being sponsered soley by one person

I'll get banned for stating my thoughts on why this is. But what do you have to say to the above?
