i was wondering if the Ryuujin http://discoverygc.com/wiki/index.php/Ryuujin is kusarie civilian and so free to get or do i need to ask permision at some faction ?

Believe me, Synth Foods would not get Ryujin. That would be ooRP since Kusari Governmant, does not like them much.

Basically if your char is part of a Kusari faction, you can use the ship freely provided you don't have a cargo limitation on your ID. IND, GMG and IMG can also use it.

edit: uh, Synth Foods? Don't even try to ask.
