Buck,
here is what i came up with based on your request and color preference. I am thinking about adding a screen to the lower right part of the upper bar with a moto (slogan): "Profit is our aim". or "Smuggling is an art". or "To Slip Through and Blend In." or "We Deliver" I don't know if it is a good idea, it is up to you to decide.
Below is a preview image, let me know what you like/dislike, what needs to be changed. You only pay for my work when you satisfied with the end result.
