Her husband had been quite mysterious lately. Layla feared there was maybe a problem John didn't want to talk about, since they were always frank to each other and did never conceal something from the other. Perhaps it had just been that supposedly "ongoing" John had been concerned about. At least she hoped so. Off from Cambridge she quickly made her way through the system and set a direct course to the Salisbury jumphole, the Armed Forces' last hideout and command post. The docking control of Winchester station led her into hangar bay 5, where a Shire and many freighters and light escort fighters had landed already. "Why on earth did the docking control tell me to head for bay 5, it's the far most crowded of all." But her suspicions immediately withdrew when she spotted John's Templar behind the Shire. She slightly smiled and alightened her own ship next to John's one, despite the omnious little room there was available. After the flawless landing maneuver, Layla left her Templar, stepping in the big hall, where a countless amount of people were rushing around. She kept her eyes open, hoping to cross them with Johnny's ones.
