3 gunboat guns, gunboat shield, and a crapload of bots/bats? Couple of these could mop the floor with just about anything, because of their very high endurance. Bad concept if you ask me. Just make it a standard transport, with the usual turrets and shield.
Either that or buff the lawful variant by the same amount.
