SNAC and mine is all you need. If it isn't, then you shouldn't be flying a bomber quite frankly. Sniping gets easier the more you practice, as does learning when to drop a nuke at the appropriate time.
Obviously, more experienced players are much more difficult to kill, as most of them aren't dumb enough to joust a bomber.

You will need your EMP cannons mostly, mines aren't always effective against snubs (expecially with CDs often not working properly) also, you can make a surprise snac out of shooting some EMPs with your opponent not expecting it rather then make an extra joust to face your enemy and try to snipe it, when it's clear you will try to do so.
I use 2 EMPs and 2 Hull Busters along with the SNAC and Nuke Mines. I almost exclusively use the SNAC and nothing else. Very rarely but the odd time I used the normal guns to finnish off the sliver needed to finnish off the ship but really I can make do with an engine and a SNAC alone.
The reason most people don't employ 50/50 is due to the rather astonishing inefficiency of bomber EMP weapons. Given that the damn near only time you'll ever use them is in dealing with shield regen on gunboats and fighters you'll want all of the juice you can get your hands on. As it is you'll drain a light bomber's plant beyond the ability to fire a snac just trying to knock out the shield regen on a gunboat. That being one of the principle reasons why most find it incredibly difficult to solo fight a gunboat in a bomber and the primary dictating reason for the common necessity of having two ships on hand.
Yeah, but the 50/50 never stopped me from getting slivers down on cap shields with my Kaichou. My Bergelmir is a bit more effective with 3 EMPs and 2 Hull busters. Mind you, it helps that I don't fly solo in Disco ;)
Full EMP. Energy Cannons are useless imo, too slow to actually do anything.
SNAC + TCD, TCD because it's more effective against larger ships, which, you'll be going after larger ships anyway. As for mines, Nukes or Screamers, nukes if you wanna have more of a chance to blow up fighters and perhaps other bombers if you suck at aiming the SNAC.
Screamers can be used to effectively down GB shields if they're low on them and you don't want to waste your energy on another SNAC hit. But then again, using EMP guns is more than enough to stop the shield regeneration of pretty much anything, I'd go with nukes. All in all:
