Unlike Vanilla Freelancer, Discovery introduced Gunboats, Gunships, Cruisers, Destroyers, Light Carriers, Battlecruisers, Battleships, Dreadnoughts, Carriers, Trains, Supertransports, Mining Ships, Liners, Bombers, and Super Heavy Fighters.
