Why don't we have a ChatBox?

forums are based on threads ,topics, to post on and track them. How can you track anyone ön chatbox.
Bottemline: if chatbox exist here then no need to post on forums all done live.

I've stated before, many, MANY forums have chatboxes, and they are doing well with one. As i said before, its just leisurely small talk.
