I have a question: Does the Bactrian and/or Pirate Train count as Sirius Civilian for the purpose of the tech use chart? Or is one or both of them put with the LR/Molly shipline? Can most factions use them (with their faction guns, if applicable) without suffering a power plant nerf?
Bactrian is part of the Rogue line. The PTrans and PTrain are open to all unlawful according to the old techchart and this was kept. For the tech chart declared as civilian if I'm not misstaken.

Actually Bactrain was considered civilian like Ptrans and PTtrain on the last version.
Both Molly/LR tech that was not civilian were our bomber, HF, VHF, GB,Cruiser.

I was particularly curious about the Bactrian because it's sold (or was sold) at Barrier Gate, making it easily available to Freelancers and similar types. If it's going to be included as Molly/Rogue tech it really should be removed from Barrier Gate so that unwitting Freelancers don't find themselves with a tech nerf. Or, if it's staying at Barrier Gate, it should be changed to civilian with an unlawful leaning, like the Ptrans.
