i am sorry i really can't find anywhere for the double bribe, this is very much different from 4.85

Your current rep will determine whether you can buy single, double, or triple bribes, if you're nearly hostile you can get triple/quadruple bribe and if you're friendly you can't.

The ID is in the Equipment Dealer under the icon of a Spanner (Last Icon, I think.)
