As always, Bowex wishes the best to the ladies and gentlemen of the GMG. You have proven to be stalwart allies in trade and commendable role-models in your struggle for freedom against the previous tyrannical regime in Kusari. Bowex, Bretonia and the GMG have profited and prospered from their greatly increased ties with one another. Today, I would propose strengthening those ties further.

The Leeds war front demands a constant supply of Fuel and other such appropriate commodities. The Guild's recent change in stance to allow the sale of the unrefined Helium 3 is one that has caught our attention; the isotope would be one of those appropriate commodities. Bowex would be interested in replacing or amending our current contract with the Guild with a deal involving the export of this H3 gas.

We of course greatly anticipate any return correspondence from the Guild, and eagerly await your own opinions on the matter.
