My point was that the balance should be made towards all players not the ones that are pros- that's why I see the bot/bat discussion pointless from PvP point of view and I propose DPS/ projective speed discussion instead.

This is illogical, it's like saying because one person worked hard to get a CAU8 Battleship that EVERYONE who doesn't have one should get it for free.
Let that 70% of "noobs" work their way up and become skilled. I was once in their position, it took me all of 2 months to start getting better.
Why? Because I worked with what I had instead of complaining on a forum that I can't PvP like others so they should have to be lowered to my level.
But this is the way that it works, back in the time when bombers had more agility (roc was more agile) and were able to mount fighter guns/torpedoes nobody of the good players actually used fighters( double MR code gunned bomber or Snac Inferno bomber), that is the idea of the balance from my PoV what the balance means, because the ballance is for everyone not only for the good in PvP guys.

Increase fighter weapon's projectile speed by 15-18% ? That would add a hundred m/s to 600m/s weapons, and so on. Also, that would reduce skill importance by little.
So you don't want combat to be related to skill, just say it like that then.
In your world you want:
Player1: I in fighter. *click on bomber* Boom bomber dead because Fighter>Bomber:)
Player2: I in fighter *click on player1* *coin flipped* Boom player one lost toss, he is now dead because Fighter=Fighter and player1 lost toss.
etc etc.
This is just stupid, to make "pro" equal to "noobs" because the noobs dont wana hone their skills.
The current system is VERY balanced. All one must do is learn to fly their type of ship to its potential.
How about we put a tracking laser on a starflyer that can destroy a battleship from 10k away.
Really guys, nerfing anything only gets brought up when we can't seem to instant kill it or we run into one too many good players who use their ships potential to its max and we Q_Q all the way home.
I've seen light fighters force cruisers to land. I've seen a single bomber take out a light fighter and every flavor in between. Fighters/bombers still die from a one shot SNAC, persistant accurate weapons fire or two good Nukes in the face. Any reasonable change in armor won't change this fact.
Lets move on.
