I love a good pirate encounter. Notice i said "GOOD" because i get "2 mil or dai" i fight, and run, and 75% of the time get away. Pirate gets repair bills.
Pirating for cash is fine, as alot these days do it for just that, and not for fun. But if traders are not going to enjoy the encounter, then why should they bother to Pay? It all comes down to one thing. "FUN" this is a game after all. It is not real life, money is not real, cargo is not real, dead is not real. We all "play" this "Game" for "fun". I am sorry if this upsets those that think thier idea of fun means others have to bend to thier will, or comply to thier RP. After all it is a game. No matter how many times people yell "in real life you would pay, and not dai" well sorry not real life. It is was people would not be here.

Sure, I got nothing against it. I'm happy to give credits to good RPers, simply I'd like them to be worth of. (I don't want funny pirates, but I'd like good RP)
Surely i'll have much to learn from this RP server, and i'll try to do my best.
I'm sorry if i look blunderer, i'm new and i wanted to understand RP limits...
I will give you the same advice I give to all new players who have trouble dealing with pirates.
Join a faction or fly with more experienced players. I was once in your position and learning from players who know how to handle piracy encounters helped a great deal.
One thing I found out while being a pirate for so long, is that most of traders are bad RPs, I Rp only with those who can RP back, but, most of you will call for help as soon as you see a pirate so going like : I WANT MORE RP QQ won't do a thing. I know how to kill a trader, it's easy (most of the time), but I cant Rp with you for 10 or 20 minutes, I do want your credits and I want it fast cos I know you will call for help as soon as you can. So I stoped good Rp as soon as I saw 99% traders will cry for help rather then pay me 500k or 1 milion(cargo full of ore)...
So think about traders being too greedy before you start talking how big lolwuts pirates are, yes, there are some morons and yes 2milordie is RP, so don't forget that. I would raher go 2milordie before you can call for 5 navys to shoot me down, my only rp is to get credits, simple fact...
And yes I know you are new player so take Dodike advice, join a faction, after you learn really good Rp you will find a easy way to get out of trouble with pirates(Rp with me and I will Rp back, be sure in that)...

This, and you can always put bounty to those so called lolwutters, the thing that make you different from them are you keep everything inRP and gain more experience while they gain nothing but virtual money which I can assure you its worthless
And in the end you win and they lose
The only problem here are Traders whom seem to think money in game is actually real and Pirates eager to blow off some steam by being over-aggressive on Ox-wagons.
Also, 'dis be a game:

If I must, this is I what I think:
Give the trader a chance to role play. If he doesn't, you tried, get your money and leave. If he does, for christ, keep talking. This is a rp server, there's so much attrict between pirates and traders that not to use that towards a good rp is just... nonsense.
