It is uncomforting to call us less corrupt or lesser evil. Perhaps I need to remind you that the Guild was formed by ex-employees of the House Corporations which were seeking something just and healthy. Nevertheless, we are aware that it will take time to trust each other so we are indeed willing to accept your proposal. Afterall, the majority of our trade with Kusari is limited in importing ore and exporting Mining Machinery for our Tau Mining Operations.

Agreement between IMG and the Kamida Assembly

IMG and Kamida Assembly reserve the right to break the agreement at any time. In addition, this
agreement will be considered void if Kamida Assembly members commit any crimes against IMG or if section 3 is violated.


[color=#FFFF99]2) Amnesty
IMG forgives you all crimes you have committed against it. Furthermore, IMG will not put Kamida Assembly nor it's members on it's bounty board.


3) Free travel
Kamida Assembly members should not demand money or any other kind of reward from IMG ships and allow them to travel unharmed. However they are allowed to stop them if they feel the need to have a discussion with them. The above clause is not activated when the IMG ships are hauling:

• Cardamine - If over 10 units
  
• Military Vehicles
  
• Light Arms - If over 5 units
  
• Nuclear Devices
  

4) Secrecy
IMG, as a lawful organization, cannot support Kamida Assembly, in public. IMG may choose a lawful side to keep this agreement a secret, even against Kamida Assembly's or it's members interests in a situation in which a third party observes our interaction. However, that doesn't forbid a future secret and closer co-operation between IMG and Kamida Assembly.


5) Plundering
IMG may contact Kamida Assembly and it's members and declare a ship free to plunder. This may occur if the mentioned ship broke IMG Regulations.


6) Kamida Alliances
The Kamida Assembly reserve the right to assist any allied vessels, present and future, in combat with the IMG, or any other factions currently being assisted by, or providing assistance for, the IMG.

It is true that it takes time for trust to develop, however our caution you must realise is well placed. With such limited resources coming in we cannot risk any items which may overly strengthen the opposition. I am sure that over time trust may develop between our two groups, if we both share such similar views of value as you have mentioned frequently.

As to your offers in propositions they seem both just and fair. Although to clause 6, we would ask that you include the group known as the 'Consortium'.

We are hopeful for the future future cooperation between the Assembly and IMG.

It warms my heart to see this agreement becoming reality. Hopefully it will become the basis for something more productive and fruitful in the future. Regarding the Consortium, we never heard of them, therefore we don't see a reason why we would be in conflict with them. My previous transmission has been updated in order to include this addition.

I'm quite happy to see this negotiations finally coming to an end after one
month. I'm sure Mr Ogawa will not forget to credit me for connecting the two
parties and making the base of the agreement after taking the lead. This
agreement will surely secure IMG's position within Kusari space more firmly as
worrying about the Farmer's Alliance is enough already, while the Assembly will
gain invaluable information regarding traders traveling through Taus and Kusari.
As stated, IMG will also turn a blind eye towards Assembly's operations which
benefits you even more.
