Recently, the Raiders have expressed a desire for a more permanent base of operations, and with the technology gained from building such a base makes the idea that much more interesting. The proposal I have is this: a joint venture to build a station for the purpose of gaining access to this new technology. Once complete, the technology produced will enhance our fleets combat ability. However, this project would no doubt be very costly, which is why technology produced would be sold for a premium to the freelancer market.

The second matter is regarding our capital ship fleet. Some of the weaponry is not up to date, and due to the various refits (mostly on the metropolis) certain weaponry components are not up to par with the latest Liberty Navy equipment. Regarding that, I humbly request for a complete overhaul of the metropolis weapons systems, along with some weaponry upgrades to the Systematic Chaos weaponry grid. This request is mostly a formality, something to work torwards as our relations improve(hopefully).

We can discuss more about both these proposals using more private communication channels.
