To: Headquarters, Border World Exports Subject: King's Cross Station
Greetings,
I would like to wish your company our upmost congratulations upon the initial construction of your newest space station, King's Cross. It is truly a magnificent achievement in these most difficult of times. As you are no doubt aware, Planetform, Inc is the only legitimate producer of Xenobiotic Filters™ in Sirius. Our state of the art filtration products are far and away superior to any other life support filtration systems available. For King's Cross Station, we would be happy to deliver our finest Xenobiotic Filters™ direct to you, saving the time and resources of your own transport fleet for more profitable endeavours. In addition to a very reasonable fee, to be negotiated at a later date, all that we require is docking access at King's Cross Station for all Planetform, Inc vessels. I look forward to your response.

Good day to you sir. I'm afraid your communication has come slightly late, all things considered. King's Cross is currently being constructed in a modular fashion, implemented through phase-construction. We're shortly to complete phase two, with our BMM consultants estimating a requirement for little more than 2,800 units of your goods.
I can say Bowex is absolutely thrilled with the Filters' performance so far, however. Current figures place them at around 115% more efficient than the standard OxyPlug systems used in our older stations. That said, there will be a huge demand for goods upon the initiation of our phase three cycle.
Upon planning permission being received from the New London zoning committee, we would of course be happy to sub-contract the acquisition of Xenobiotic Filters to their parent company. I have been authorised to negotiate pricing in the mean time. I would be willing to offer an immediate price of $1,750 per unit upon delivery.
This may sound low, considering Interspace's nearby Waterloo station offering almost $2,500, but consider the discrepancy in prices to be a long term investment. King's Cross will soon require purchased docking rights for access, with Planetform being granted free access if they agreed to these terms.
King's Cross is shortly to begin stocking low price, high quality ore, courtesy of BMM. With unrestricted docking rights, you would have access to these materials around the clock, without having to liaise with the miners themselves. More convenient for all concerned, don't you agree?
Should you wish to assist with any other supplies in the gap between our current cycle and cycle three, contact me here and we can arrange prices. There are occasionally small orders that fall between the cracks when large convoys are concerned.
Ah, good to hear from you. My apologies for the delay, but things have been pretty busy here as you can imagine. For the price, I'll have to consult with the fellows from accounting, but upon first glance the numbers look reasonable. Docking permission for all our vessels would be most beneficial to our future operations. We would of course be very happy to supply your phase three construction efforts, and any other orders of Xenobiotic Filters™ that you require. It is good to see the flegling station so healthy and productive. Give us a call when you need the deliveries, and have a good day.

Hello again, gents. This is a quick heads up to let you all know that the contract for Xenobiotic Filters has just gone live. We'll be requiring 25,000 units of them to sufficiently upgrade our internal homoeostasis modules in the air purification ducts.
Phase three construction is going to need the deliveries to be done as fast as humanly possible.
Planetform will have their access codes added imminently. You're also free to purchase BMM's stockpiled minerals for the return trips. Contact dockmaster Rowley, or senior logistics manager Manning for full access to our stock.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I'd like to inform you that the required amount of 25.000 Xenobiotic Filters'¢ has been delivered to King's Cross Station. We already received the payment and hope that the filters work as expected.
We're looking forward to do more business with Bowex.
Greetings,
I popped by King's Cross Station earlier today to see how things were there, and the dockmaster informs me that he needs a good deal more Xenobiotic Filters™. So, I brought in twoloads from Hudson during my shift. Have a very nice day.

Greetings Sir, I have been authorised to renew the contract for Xenobiotic Filters.
We'll be requiring 14,600 units of them, as you have already graciously made a delivery when you were in the area last.
This will enable the completion of Phase four construction of the station.
However we may wish to continue the relationship as an intermediary supplier of the commodity for other bases in Bretonia, would you be interested?
May I also remind you that BMM's stockpiled minerals will be available for the return trips. Contact dockmaster Rowley, or senior logistics manager Manning as previously instructed.
